Registration

The EAED Spring Meeting 2026 is open to all EAED Members and Affiliates, as well as Guests and Young Dentists. Registration will open on November 1st, 2025.

Terms and conditions

Deadline for registration is Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, unless the congress is sold out before that date. For registrations made after this deadline, the confirmation will be available directly at the registration desk.

On-site registration will also be possible throughout the duration of the congress, during the official registration desk opening hours, but only if the event has not reached full capacity.

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel your registration if payment is not received on time or if you do not qualify for the selected registration fee. A Visa Invitation Letter can be requested during the registration process or via email. Visa rejection does not qualify for a refund of your registration fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing to eaed@mondial-congress.com. Refunds are processed after the congress. Administrative Fees for Cancellations: an administrative fee of EUR 50 applies to each cancellation received by March 27th, 2026. Registration fees will be refunded minus the administrative fee. No refunds will be made after this date.

Modifications must be made in writing to eaed@mondial-congress.com. Administrative Fees for Modifications: An administrative fee of EUR 30 applies to each modification (e.g. invoice change, name change, double registration) received by March 27th, 2026. No changes will be possible after this date. Networking Event tickets cannot be reimbursed if the ticket cannot be resold by the organizer.
