Networking program

Our traditional reception is the perfect way to open the meeting and strengthen professional ties; this year, it will take place at the stunning Bastian Beach Barcelona, a beautiful venue in the heart of Barceloneta that will allow us to experience the city’s vibrant energy.

Attendance is open to all participants and included in the congress fee, but pre-registration is required to secure your place.

Accompanying persons are welcome at the price of €100. Please remember to bring your name badge and admission voucher to the event. Further details will follow.

The highlight of our social program, the Gala Dinner, will take place at La Llotja de Mar, one of the most spectacular and prestigious historic buildings in Barcelona. Its solemn and beautifully decorated halls will host an unforgettable evening of fine dining and celebration.


The price of the dinner is €200, and pre-registration is mandatory. Please remember to bring your name badge and admission voucher to the event.

Join a walking tour through the vibrant city of Barcelona and experience its highlights alongside a knowledgeable guide, as you stroll past iconic landmarks like Passeig de Gràcia, Casa Milà, Casa Batlló, Las Ramblas, the Mercat de la Boqueria, and much more. You will also have the possibility to enjoy a Turrone nougat and chocolate Tasting at local family business along the way.

For the first time, the EAED is organising an event for Affiliates & Friends on Friday late evening in a cocktail bar. The package price includes an open bar with a variety of cocktails and drinks for the time of the event.

As every year, we invite you to join our Morning Run, a 5 km route through Barcelona that will reveal some of the city’s wonders and ensure you start the day with a smile. Pre-registration is required, and the participation fee is €30. Further information will be provided soon.
