Scientific program

A two-day program carefully designed to offer valuable insights and thought-provoking perspectives.

Theme of the closed meeting

Occlusion is the silent framework behind every successful treatment—guiding comfort, stability, longevity, and ultimately the patient’s trust in what we deliver.

For an Academy with a strong esthetic identity, this is not a contradiction but a necessity: there is no lasting esthetics without function. Beautiful outcomes that ignore occlusal principles risk becoming fragile, unpredictable, or uncomfortable over time, regardless of how refined the visual result may be.That is why this Closed Meeting focuses on occlusion: a topic that sits at the crossroads of restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, implant therapy, orthodontics, and even the management of parafunction and temporomandibular disorders. As a truly multidisciplinary Academy, we cannot afford to treat occlusion as a niche subject or an afterthought—we need to understand it, question it, and discuss it together. By doing so, we strengthen a shared clinical language and reinforce the foundation that allows esthetic excellence to be not only beautiful, but also stable, comfortable, and predictable for our patients.
